So as many of you know, the nether hub is really incomplete and has been in a state of transition for a long time now. I thought I should go ahead and explain the idea of the hub and see if this is something you guys would like to work on as a community build. I have posted a picture of the OVERWORLD layout of the hub so far, with green being the completed sections and red being the parts that need work. Each circle is representative of a "Hub" for a certain area of the map. I thought it would be cool if each "Hub" was decorated to match the environment it mostly serves. The idea for the 4 "Hub" design is that everyone's nether tunnels would come off of the "Hub" nearest them and not the tunnels leading to each hub. This should help with keeping a very uniform look. The actual design for each "Hub" I will leave up to you guys, you are all alot better builders than I. Just remember this area needs to be as spawn proof as possible and lighting does not stop spawns in the nether. I hope to see some of your guys ideas soon! Attachments:

I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean that the different levels of the Nether Hub (via the stairs) will be decorated differently, or that there will be separate hubs at different points on the map?

Yeah don't worry about the stairs they are going to be gone. I thought it would be cool to have 5 smaller hubs (4 for people's bases and interesting point on the map & 1 for town) that way we don't have a giant corridor again with tunnels criss crossing everywhere again. If we localize the hubs then everyone's tunnels should be shorter and we could have a minecart system and/or an ice path connection tunnel between each hub

I am totally down. I really like this idea and would like to suggest we place some "event times" on the map to promote a community build out of this idea.
